This site contains many interactive applets. In the grade 5 science curriculum one of the objectives is that students should be able to identify parts of the heart and understand the functions.
I would use this website in an inquiry lesson about the heart. I would create a guided handout that will guide students through the names of the chambers and their functions as well as the arteries. This website allows students to explore the heart. I believe students would benefit more learning from a website like this compared to an overhead that just displays the diagrams. Students can take ownership of their own learning.
